I have had a front-row seat to human behavior for 35 years.

Many thousands of hours sitting across from the bravest women as they transform. There is a level of vulnerability in those beautiful souls that still moves me, every single day.

What I have watched, over and over, is this: the women who change are not the smartest, the most insightful, or the ones who have spent the most money. They are willing. Willing to look honestly at themselves. Willing to stop explaining. Willing to get uncomfortable long enough to learn what life is trying to teach them.

PsycheGym is built from everything I have learned in those rooms. Not theories. Not ideas that sounded good. Every part of it had to survive the same question: did it actually help women change?

My clinical training spans more than a dozen modalities — CBT, Gottman, DBT, EFT, Family Systems, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Attachment, Existential, Relational, and Spiritual frameworks, with functional nutrition woven throughout. Not because I collected them. Because I kept asking what actually worked, and followed the answer wherever it led.

The equipment in this gym is everything I know. You train with it on your schedule, at your pace, with the full depth of the work intact. I'm not in the room — but everything I've learned in 35 years of sessions is.

The gym metaphor is intentional. You do not go to a gym to be fixed. You go to train. To reveal what was always there.
